Immunology 2011™ – The American Association of Immunologists

Children at IMMUNOLOGY 2011™

Children age 13 and above are welcome to attend IMMUNOLOGY 2011™ if accompanied by a registered adult. We regret that children under age 13 may not attend, as they are prohibited from entry into the Exhibit Hall, session rooms, or hallways in the meeting area. High school students (age 13 and older) who are attending the meeting and accompanied by a registered adult will receive complimentary registration. Students must provide a school ID to register. High school teachers are also welcome to attend and will receive complimentary registration with proper ID. We request that students be accompanied by a registered adult at all times. Appropriate behavior by all students is required.

Child Care

We encourage families to travel to San Francisco and enjoy the many family-oriented activities in the area. Note, however, that onsite child care will not be provided during IMMUNOLOGY 2011™. If you require a childcare provider during the meeting, you may contact your hotel concierge for recommendations, advisedly in advance of the meeting. AAI and its officers, employees, and agents assume no responsibility and accept no liabilities with respect to these services.

Nursing Mothers' Room

A room is available to accommodate mothers who are nursing. Located to the far-right of the Moscone Center North Lobby, this room is provided as a convenience for registered attendees.
